# Roadmap and Future Commitments

The COE roadmap is focused on the commitment to decentralized structure development, increasing the stability of the token economy, and expanding the operational model in the real market.

### Phase One (Completed)

The COE development team has successfully completed this phase, establishing the initial community and token structure:

* [x] Building and launching initial communication channels (Twitter, ...)
* [x] Completion of the White Paper document.
* [x] Development of the platform and initial informational website.
* [x] Designing and building the ap-coe NFT collection (focused on active participation).
* [x] Implementing consecutive free distribution of ap-coe NFTs (Airdrops).
* [x] Starting the creation of technical and economic educational content.
* [x] Executing the first governance vote (DAO) aimed at determining the sp-coe collection structure.
* [x] Creating the sp-coe NFT collection (focused on securing research resources).
* [x] Establishing the first operational pilot with private investments.
* [x] Creating the first technical initial liquidity reserve.

### Phase Two (Ongoing and Future Commitments)

This phase includes steps for completing the technical framework and entering the broader market. Items marked as Completed are finalized, and the remaining Commitments are the primary focus of the development team:
